CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. All projects are considered non-refundable. No refunds are given for any promotional sales prices.In the event that you opt to cancel a service that has already been rendered or for which payment has been made, the decision rests with you. However, it's important to note that payments received by Elevation Graphics Designs, whether for work already completed or currently in progress, will NOT be subjected to refunds. This policy is in place to mitigate the impact on our business resulting from cancellations.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Please note that the inclusion of High-quality photography is crucial in the brand development process. To ensure a seamless, sophisticated, and polished appearance for your designs and websites, we strongly recommend using professionally captured images for our visual services. We discourage the use of DIY cellphone photos or low-resolution selfies, as they may compromise the overall visual impact. If your design doesn't align with your vision due to image quality, kindly avoid attributing this solely to the designer. We emphasize the significance of high-quality photos for enhancing your designs' visual impact. If images don't meet your aesthetic goals, please be aware that Elevation Graphics Designs reserves the right to discontinue services, with refunds processed according to our policies.

 

ACCOUNT ACCESS

Elevation Graphics Designs will provide Client with access to the Client Portal, once payment is made and all Design Forms are submitted. 

COMMUNICATION & GHOST POLICY

Timely Information Submission: Clients must promptly provide requested project details to avoid impacting project completion dates. Ongoing communication is crucial; if more time is needed, please discuss during Check-ins. Notify us of unforeseen delays. Halting communication for 30 days incurs a $200 restart fee; after 60 days, projects forfeit without refund. 

Communication Channels: We solely communicate via Client Portal/email. DMs and texts won't be answered. Edit/design info must be shared through the Client's Portal. This policy is universal, even for friends/family. Current clients, allow 24-72 hours for updates for a reply. New clients, schedule a consultation call for clarification. Avoid status queries or sneak peeks. Review the policy, including timeframes. Rush fees may apply for expedited services. We prioritize adhering to project timelines. No rush for WEBSITE DESIGNS.
